JholaXL operates on a subscription basis. When you subscribe to any of our plans, you are purchasing access to our platform for the duration of the billing period selected at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of an active billing period.

Refund Eligibility

• A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the Services for a significant portion of your billing period, and we were unable to resolve it.

Non-Refundable Items

• Subscription fees after the 14-day initial purchase window, unless due to a billing error or prolonged service outage caused by us.
• Any fees for additional services or features that have already been delivered or consumed.
• Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before a renewal date.
